Employer consultation with Members
- The USS trustee has recently finished supporting an employer consultation exercise.
- The requirement to carry out a consultation is a statutory employer responsibility and each individual USS employer which employs 50 or more employees in Great Britain is responsible for ensuring that a consultation is carried out in accordance with the statutory requirements.

- The statutory consultation with affected employees and their representatives finished at 5pm on 24 November. If you have opted-in to the statutory consultation, please ensure that you have approved and uploaded all affected employee and their representatives' consultation responses by 1 December 2023.
